The spacious Twin Room offered a great air conditioning experience. The carpets were dirty throughout the hotel.

No English speaker, there is no way from parking to reception on same level, you should go up and down with lagguge. And if you with car you should get ok with stamp every going and coming. I think it must be changed.location is difficult

I loved the spacious Twin Room that offered great air conditioning and kept me cool throughout my stay. The location is fantastic with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Plus, the breakfast buffet was fresh and satisfying every morning!

Everything was brand-new, including polite staff with a member of the hotel staff. Silent and nicely equipped rooms, the views of the ocean were pleasant. Central location was a plus. Had some takeout meals at Rock burger, set close to the property, I couldn't resist.

The breakfast was very good, and i appreciated how close it was to shopping areas and attractions. The staff was generally accommodating and friendly. The pool and sauna were nice facilities to unwind after a long day.

The hotel offers convenient amenities such as a business center and has 5833 square feet of conference space. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff was generally courteous, contributing positively to the experience. The location is also a major advantage with access to various attractions nearby.

Units with an amazing view. Excellent location just off the business center, avenida Balboa, and a large shopping centre and cinema and easy walk to the Cinta Costera. Also, on the restaurants on the property.

An unexpected oasis in the city

The staff were accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The pool offered a lovely respite after a long day exploring the vibrant city. The breakfast selection was satisfying, providing just the right fuel for my travels.

I faced issues with a demagnetized keycard that interrupted my access several times. The carpets in the common areas appeared worn, and a lingering odor in the hallways was a bit off-putting, affecting the overall experience.

We enjoyed spacious well appointed and brand-new room. The rate was £ 68

Most interactions were positive, especially with the friendly front desk staff who promptly handled my requests. The clean room offered comfort after a long day of exploring the city. For future guests.

the location is great and walking distance to shopping areas. there was an awful moldy smell.

The staff was accommodating when I requested extra pillows. We enjoyed the close proximity to shopping centers and took advantage of the area shuttle to explore local attractions. The fitness center helped keep my routine while staying with my family and boyfriend.

My wife says that a more comfortable setup for the third guest would be appreciated.
